A 10 foot pitching pole has been placed on diamond D at the complex for pitchers to practice the new 10 foot pitching height.  The pole is to be placed half way between the plate and the pitching rubber.  The pole also has a marking for the 6 foot lowest point for pitchers to gauge pitches.  The pole is portable and can be moved around to different diamonds as need arises.
